Rinseluxe Return & Refund Policy

At Rinseluxe, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not "shining brighter," we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your package is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging (the Rinseluxe branded box).

  • For hygiene reasons, showerheads that have been installed and used extensively may be subject to a restocking fee if they are not in "like-new" condition.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@rinseluxe.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–7 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, missing parts, or damaged original packaging).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your Rinseluxe showerhead arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. Please send a photo of the damage to support@rinseluxe.com within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
